MEDMARK TERMS & CONDITIONS:

QUALITY OF SERVICE:
Medmark Occupational Healthcare warrants that the services will be performed in a professional manner consistent to relevant professional standards.

INDEMNIFICATION:
Medmark Occupational Healthcare guarantees that professional indemnity is held by the Doctor (s) providing the service.

CANCELLATIONS:
Non-attendance on the day with no prior notice will incur a no show fee of €200 / cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will also incur this fee.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment Terms strictly 30 days, payment is accepted by cheque (made out to Medmark), mastercard/visa or Bank Transfer.

Is provided subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use which you should read carefully. By proceeding further you accept them. While Medmark has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on the pages of this site it can accept no legal liability in respect of any inaccuracy or incompleteness in such information.
